A 46-year-old was on Thursday with his truck loaded with logs on the A1 in the direction of Salzburg. The left front tire burst on the driveway to Seewalchen, and the truck immediately began to burn there. The man steered his vehicle into the Seewalchen exit, where the truck came to a standstill and began to burn heavily.
The fire brigade was able to prevent the flames from spreading to the loaded wood and the trailer. However, the driver’s cab burned out. The exit was blocked by the route service of the Autobahnmeisterei Seewalchen.
