The police officers wanted to stop the speeder during priority checks on the B122, but the 33-year-old continued his journey along the B122. Eventually he was stopped in the Sierning area, where he confessed that he did not have a driver’s license and that he had used drugs before driving. He then did a voluntary urine test with a positive result. However, the man was not drunk.
The officers were then able to secure various drugs in the vehicle. The driver is repeatedly reported to the BH Steyr-Land and the Steyr public prosecutor’s office.
