The man from the Wels-Land district was on the L1242 around 9:30 p.m Eberstalzeller Straße, on the way, when the animal ran across the street in the village of Ittensam. The 55-year-old could no longer avoid it and collided with the deer. His partner (50) was on the pillion. The couple and their motorcycle were thrown into a field.
A resident who heard the accident came to their aid and called the emergency services. After emergency medical care, the 55-year-old and his partner were brought to the Wels clinic by rescue.
