The union center of Uruguay, PIT-CNT, carried out a partial general strike until one in the afternoon today – although some unions opted for 24-hour strikes -, to which the Secretary of the Presidency, alvaro delgador, he replied that it has to do with ideology and not with what happens in reality.

The causes of unemployment
