A white man shot three black men and then took his own life in a Jacksonville store, Florida, United States. The county sheriff, TK Waters, confirmed that it was a racial hate crime.

“The shooting was racially motivated and I hated black people”, Waters said at a news conference, adding: “He wanted to kill blacks.” The shooter was wearing a military vest and was carrying a rifle and a pistol.
