That’s what the Austrian and the German comedian said in their joint podcast “Die Pochers!” known on the podimo platform. The comedian (“The Oliver Pocher Show”) and the moderator (“My Mom, Your Dad”) had already spoken about their marital problems on the same channel at the end of June. Now it’s time to enlighten people, said Amira Pocher at the end of the episode published on Thursday. “We thought that this is probably the best way we can say it here,” the 30-year-old continued. “We are separated,” she added. “Yes, that’s it.”.
When asked by Oliver Pocher if she had anything else to add, she said: “We will – hopefully we can do it – continue to be a team and are now still there for you as a podcast couple. Privately no longer. Except, that we are, of course, parents of wonderful children.”
The two have two sons together and live in Cologne. They have been a couple since 2016 and married since 2019. The 45-year-old comedian said he didn’t feel like throwing out fortune cookie phrases. “I didn’t want to part, but now the situation is the way it is. Then you have to accept it now and see how it goes.” Several media had previously reported.
In June, the two had already explained in response to media reports that there were difficulties in their relationship and that it was unclear how the marriage was doing.
