The first positive effects of Stefan Steininger’s work can already be seen. The aim over the past few weeks was to form a team from a team with completely new players. For example, all players from Steyr were assigned a teammate to show them around the city. In this way, the individual players formed a team within a very short time, and you can feel that in the dressing room, but above all on the pitch. “It’s important to me to connect people. I want to enable coaches and players to find solutions themselves,” says Stefan Steininger.
