The video of a group of citizens of Bilbaoin Spain, pushing a bus to free someone who had been caught turned viral in the networks. The event took place last Monday around noon, when an elderly man was trapped by a Bilbobus vehicle, the municipal bus company.
Faced with this situation – whose delay could end in a misfortune-, the pedestrians who were in the place joined to try to help the victim. This is how they began to push the group, until the man managed to get out, practically unscathed thanks to the collaboration of the crowd that had gathered.
The video – which started be shared quickly in the networks- was initially published by the journalist Asier Barrenetxea, who was in the area at the time of the event. Within a few hours she accumulated hundreds of commentsthat they stressed solidarity of those who decided to help the victim.
After he managed to get out, the man went taken by ambulance to a hospital in the area, although he did not present serious injuries. Meanwhile, the Municipal police reported that it is investigating the event to determine the causes of the accident.
The security cameras have not yet been checked, but according to witnesses who were at the scene at the time of the accident, the man would have stumbled just in time for the bus to arrive, getting trapped underneath.
