The new elections were led by district chairman Karl Walch and accompanied by district manager Florian Schiffcker. Albin Holzmann was unanimously elected as the new party chairman, and the new party committee was also elected without a dissenting vote.
In his inaugural speech, Holzmann thanked his predecessor for her work and her passionate commitment to the party. At the same time, he announced: “We will now continue to work step by step on the realignment of the local party and consolidate our internal structures.” He trusts in the excellent work and support of his team.
