“In 2022, the pendulum swung back and online trading returned to a normal level,” said managing director Harald Gutschi at a press conference, the occasion was the 20th anniversary.

Household technology is currently in demand; the consumer electronics sector is currently growing somewhat weaker. Textile demand has stabilized again compared to the previous year. Growth rates are expected to be eight percent annually by 2030. Unito wants to increase sales to 730 million euros over the next seven years.
33 percent returns
33 percent of orders are returned: Before Corona, this figure was 37 percent.
Unito belongs to the German Otto Group, employs 500 people and has branches in Graz and Salzburg. The brands Universal, Ackermann and Lascana are included. Quelle was merged with Universal.
