The child wanted to cross Amraser Strasse at around 3:50 p.m. holding the hand of his 35-year-old father. When a white vehicle, possibly a VW Caddy, approached, the father stopped and the child took another step. As a result, she was hit by the car and fell. The driver failed to stop and only stopped his car after a few meters for about ten seconds. The car then turned onto Doctor Glatz Street.
