Within the framework of the 35th anniversary of diplomatic relations between both countries, Paganini He held hearings with Chinese government authorities, companies, and presented the country in international forums. There, he highlighted that the government completed the first stage of energy transformation and “being a country with a renewable energy matrix, we believe that we can play a complementary role with China in the decarbonization of the global economy.”

Paganini and the technology innovation strategy

The government seeks to deepen trade in services
The leader also participated in the International Fair for Trade in Services of China, where he emphasized the government’s “special interest” in further developing services trade with China.
