Whether it’s a particularly tasty roast pork, a very typical specialty or a new taste experience: Upper Austria’s tavern cuisine is as diverse as the country. This year, for the first time, the OÖN and the gastronomy specialist group are looking for the “most popular delicacy in Upper Austrian pub cuisine”. From every region in which the OÖN is represented with a local editorial team, i.e. Linz and the surrounding area, Wels, Steyr, Salzkammergut, Mühlviertel and Innviertel.
Restaurateurs can now submit their guests’ favorite dish (warm dishes only). OÖN readers can then access until mid-November nachrichten.at Vote for your favorites and win.
Each winner receives a delicacy party, which can then be redeemed at the respective regional winning company.
