The monkey is now housed in the Vösendorf animal shelter and a place in a zoo, also abroad, is being sought.
“The animal is a strictly protected monkey. At the moment it is particularly important that it feels comfortable in its new environment and can calm down first. We will then make sure that we find conspecifics for the baby monkey.
