Patrick Manhartsberger and Johanna Haderer – they most recently ran the “Oberwirt” inn in the community of Lambrechten (Ried district) – will be the new innkeepers at the Stiftsbräustüberl, as the monastery announces on its homepage. Guests can also expect a “new gastronomic touch and menu”.
Gastronomy in Reichersberg Abbey has an eventful history; several innkeepers have run the Stiftsbräustüberl in recent years. Most recently, the restaurant had been without an innkeeper for a long time and was empty. In the future, the Stiftsbräu will be open from Wednesday to Sunday, Monday and Tuesday are closed days.
According to reports, the “Oberwirt” in Lambrechten will also continue to operate at least until the end of the year – with changed opening times from October.
