A 52-year-old German and his wife had to jump out of a parked caravan trailer in Biberwier (Reutte district) when it suddenly started moving, rolled across the main road and then came to a standstill ten meters further on the embankment opposite. The two people remained uninjured.
The man had parked his car and trailer in a parking lot on the Fernpass federal road on Saturday evening. He and his wife were then in the caravan trailer when the vehicle suddenly began to roll. The B 179 was closed in both directions for around half an hour while the vehicle was being recovered.
