The accident occurred at 1:15 a.m. on Erlachfeld municipal road. The boy was coming from Astatt towards Scherschham when he came off the road in a curve. The car rolled over several times and came to rest on its side in the adjacent field. The driver was only slightly injured in the accident and was able to free himself. An alcohol test carried out showed a value of 1.44 per mille. The 18-year-old’s driver’s license was temporarily taken away and he is being reported.
