Ulrich Gruber, trainer for violence prevention and self-defense, worked with the participating children on the correct posture and defensive moves for emergency situations. A wide variety of scenarios were trained for emergencies that will hopefully never occur. “Nobody should become a victim,” says course leader Gruber. “The course is intended to create the necessary foundations and self-confidence so that children and young people can defend themselves if escape is not possible.”
