China’s energy plan to become the new nuclear power

The Asian country has allocated 37% of global investment to energy. Currently, there are more than 50 new projects underway.

China wants to become the main driver of nuclear energy worldwide.

With a 13% increase of the nuclear infrastructure of the world, China will use the 37% of all global energy investment.

According to United States Energy Information Administration (US)the country reached 7,600 terawatt hours in 2020 and the government of Xi Jinping looks for any opportunity to reach sources of supply lowest possible cost.
