As part of a traffic focus, 14 police officers from various inspections carried out checks in the city area. The result: 55 alcohol tests were carried out, three of which were positive. In addition, three drivers were driving under the influence of drugs.
72 reports were filed for various administrative violations, two applications for special review, one report for a lack of child protection and three executive mandates for making phone calls without a hands-free device were issued.
Not every driver who was checked was cooperative: one report for disorderly conduct, one report for aggressive behavior and two reports for breach of decency were issued, the state police department summarized in a broadcast on Sunday afternoon.
