Due to the increasing number of people in need of care, the demand for nursing staff is also growing. Graduates of home help training can work in all retirement homes and in mobile services. The training lasts eight months and includes two school days per week. The course is suitable for anyone who would like to support other people with basic care and support. The admission process begins in December and the course begins on January 16th. “It’s great that a home help course will be offered again in the Braunau district in 2024. I hope that there will be many interested parties and I would be happy if someone would like to climb further up the career ladder after the home help training – we would be happy to support them “, says Karin Altmüller, managing director of the Braunau Social Welfare Association.
