The 18 participants acquired the necessary knowledge in home care within around six months and were now able to receive their certificates.
Due to the general personnel situation, SHV Rohrbach can offer graduates a job immediately after training in one of its own six district retirement homes and district nursing homes, explains SHV Rohrbach speaker Peter Pröll.
With support staff in the living area, the aim is to continue to inspire people who are newly interested in a social and nursing career. These new colleagues from the individual homes can complete training for social professions within two years, but SHV Rohrbach is also looking for career changers or people changing careers.
