Clear the stage for Upper Austria’s digital flagships!

LINZ. Who is ahead in the area of ​​digitalization in Upper Austria? The OÖNachrichten and its strong partners are answering this question again this year at the fifth edition of the Digitalos digital award.

Applications are open until Saturday, October 14th www.digitalos.at possible in the following categories: digital start-ups, digital personality, digital project and digital transformation. The woman who stands out through her digital achievements in one or more of the four main categories mentioned will be awarded the special Digitalia prize.

A jury chooses the winners, the chairman of the committee is last year’s winner Sepp Hochreiter, a professor at the JKU in Linz and an expert in artificial intelligence.

The jury also determines who receives the “digital pioneer” award: Here, a person is selected who has shaped digitalization in Upper Austria with exceptional achievements.

OÖNachrichten and its partners Sparkasse Oberösterreich, Tabakfabrik, KPMG, City of Linz, Wiener Städtische and State of Upper Austria make a pre-selection from all applications. They are supported by digital experts from the JKU in Linz. The Digitalos winners will be chosen on November 16th at a gala in the Linzer Tabakfabrik. All applicants are cordially invited.
