The business magnate bought land in the southwestern arizona for the construction of a 10,000-hectare development consisting of residences, public schools and office, commercial and retail spaces. The city would be known as “Belmont“.
The plan provides for the construction of 80,000 homeswith 1,500 hectares reserved for industrial spacesof Offices and commercial1,375 hectares of open spaces and 190 hectares dedicated to public schools.

Elon Musk also wants to build his own city
The billionaire Elon MuskCEO of SpaceX, Twitter and Teslaalso plans to build his own city on the outskirts of Austin, Texas, United States (USA).
The city that Musk wants to create would be called “Snailbrook“, in honor of the Boring Company mascot, a company also founded by him. His idea is that it be a “Texas utopia” along the Colorado River, so its employees can live, work and play without having to leave the premises.

The Line: the futuristic city
The crown prince Mohammed bin Salman of Saudi Arabia is building in the western end of the country: “The Line“, a city with the particularity that has the shape of a line. When it is finished it will have more than 170 kilometers long and just a few 200 wide and 500 meters high.
