He Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MRREE) confirmed the existence of Uruguayan citizens evacuated as a result of the war between Israel and Loop.
The Foreign Ministry reported today through a statement on the existence of several compatriots, especially residents of small communities (kibbutzim) south of Israelwho were mobilized to safer areas. It is still unknown if there are dead or injured Uruguayan nationals..
In the statement, the ministry clarifies that “after the terrorist attacks, the Embassy of Uruguay in the State of Israelis providing all possible follow-up.”
Likewise, they indicated that their officials are trying to “establish contact with the most affected compatriot residents,” especially those who live in the kibbutzim.
“Knowledge has been learned of Uruguayans evacuated from the kibbutzim Zikim, Ein Hashlosha and Nir Itzhak. All of them would be safe, in less affected areas. There are no known compatriots injured, killed or kidnapped,” the MRREE statement continues.
Ben Gurion Airport remains open despite war
He Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs reported that the Ben Gurion International Airport remains open despite the war.

- King Hussein Border: until 4:30 p.m.
- Rabin Border: until 8:00 p.m.
- Ben Gurion Airport: is open.
On the other hand, the northern crossing is carried out normally, with the exception of maritime transport, which was suspended until further notice, and the working hours were modified from 08:30 to 17:00.
