An alleged mission for a young police officer in Wels ended with tears of joy. The officer had been called to an unregistered meeting in the Burggarten. What awaited them there can confidently be described as a successful surprise.
In fact, a few people had gathered in the park, but with good reason: the woman’s partner, also a police officer, had thought of something very special to answer all the questions he wanted to ask his Verena that day.
Several colleagues lined up and while the police music serenaded him, Harald, “armed” with a huge bouquet of red and white roses and an engagement ring, got down on his knees in front of his future wife. You can see how his sweetheart responded in the video:
The short clip of the extraordinary proposal was viewed tens of thousands of times on Facebook and Instagram on the national holiday and probably put a smile on the faces of many viewers. Like the police family, numerous Instagram and Facebook users wished the newly engaged couple nothing but the best for the future.
