Gmunden announces climate protection prize for the population

Vice Mayor Ulrike Feichtinger (Greens) accepted the ÖGUT Environmental Prize in the Participation category. Now the prize money should be passed on to the population. The city is offering a climate protection prize for everyone: individuals, educational institutions, companies, clubs and other groups that are based in Gmunden or whose performance is effective in the city area in 2022 and 2023.

Local actors in the field of climate protection and climate change adaptation should be recognized. Possible topics: saving energy, air pollution control, biodiversity or mobility. The deadline for submissions is December 31st. Application forms at: gmunden.at
