The supermarket chain Hofer is recalling the product “Back to the origins only grain bread sliced 350 g” with the best before date of November 3rd, 2023 from the supplier Fischer Brot GmbH. The reason for this is possible contamination with hard plastic parts, as stated in a broadcast on Friday. The sale was stopped.
The product was available in all Austrian Hofer branches. It can also be returned to all branches. “Customers will of course receive a refund of the purchase price even without proof of purchase,” says the company.
