Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu announced a new strategic phase of the war. International community asks to direct the humanitarian truce.

With a series of ground operations in the Gaza Strip, Israel entered a second stage of the war conflict with Hamaswhich involves the occupation of the territory to reduce the operational capacity of the palestinian army and the recovery of hostages.

This was announced in a televised speech by the Prime Minister of Israel, Benjamin Netanyahu: “Since Friday night, a combined force of tanks, engineers and infantry operates on the ground in the north of the Gaza Strip“. In this context, the official said that “the Israel Defense Forces are the most moral army in the world“, as opposed to Hamas and his ally Iran: “That’s him Axis of evilagainst the free world and the moderates of the Arab world“.

“We warn the people of Loop to move south and, instead, our enemy uses hospitals already civilians in its operations,” he said Netanyahu who noted that he met with relatives of hostages: “I assured them that we will spare no resources to bring their loved ones home. Their captivity is a crime against humanity“.

For his part, the minister of Defense of Israel, Yoav Gallantexplained that in this new stage “the force of the fire shook the ground of Gazaand it is different from everything Hamas has experienced since its creation.” “Hamas is suffering blows that it has never suffered before,” he added, but affirmed that “it will be a long war.”

The number of Palestinian fatalities in Loop -a population of about 2.4 million citizens- increased this Saturday to 7703 people, with 377 deaths recorded in the last operation, during the night of Friday. Among the total deaths there would be 3100 children.
