On Saturday afternoon, around 3:30 p.m., she and her 64-year-old brother wanted to clean the tin roof of their tool shed and seal it with a tarpaulin. While sweeping away leaves, the 63-year-old slipped – and injured her hand in the fall.
Because she could no longer climb off the roof herself, her brother called the fire department. Members of the FF Ranshofen and FF Braunau were able to get the woman from Innviertel off the roof using a turntable ladder.
After first aid, she was taken to Braunau Hospital by the rescue team.
