The man was picked up by the police in May. He is said to have groped the woman, forced her to kiss her and threatened her. The rape is said to have occurred in the train toilet in March. The man cannot explain the allegations in court. An expert then came to the conclusion that the rape never took place: “No reference to the experience can be proven.”
