The National Council election campaign has not yet officially begun, but the personnel decisions in the parties are already being made. Sabrina Klausberger, SP’s top candidate in the Linz-Land district, also wants to enter parliament next year. “Good politics has to be based on the realities of people’s lives – that’s what I miss about the current government,” says the 32-year-old from Kronstorf.
Her political drive is her everyday life, says Klausberger: “The feeling of injustice is different if you grew up with it yourself and felt that poverty meant shame and exclusion.”
