Volkswagen will also be bringing a station wagon version of the fully electric ID.7 sedan next year, which will not be called “Variant” as usual, but rather “Tourer”.
What is particularly characteristic of the all-electric station wagon is its low air resistance value (Cd value) of 0.24. This should contribute to the highest possible reach.

If five passengers are on board the VW ID.7 Tourer, the maximum trunk volume is 545 liters – loaded up to the height of the rear seat back. If this is folded down, 1714 liters are available for filling in the almost two meter long cargo space. The VW ID.7 Tourer is produced at the Emden plant in Lower Saxony.
