“At this festival, the solidarity was once again noticeable. Everyone pitched in during the preparatory work and also at the festival itself,” said Silke Burggraf, head of the Münzkirchen residential building. The house was opened with great support from the Goldkappen, the ÖTB, the Spanlang Foundation, the Rotarians and the Lions Club.
These institutions are still loyal supporters today. “We have been well received in the community and simply belong, we are of course invited to events and have contact with schools, clubs and the parish. Inclusion is a given in Münzkirchen,” says Maria Bachmaier, chairwoman of the Schärding working group of Lebenshilfe Upper Austria.
