Major ports in Australia resume operations after cyber attack

The company expects to handle 5,000 containers at the four ports throughout the day. According to industry experts, this corresponds almost to the usual daily volume. The port operator had to interrupt the internet connection of its transshipment terminals in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Fremantle and stop operations on Friday due to “unauthorized access”.
