Due to the operation, train journeys between Wels main station and Marchtrenker station were only possible to a limited extent on Tuesday morning until 9 a.m. The long-distance trains were rerouted.
The ÖBB had set up a replacement rail service between Wels Hbf and Marchtrenk Station for the S-Bahn and regional transport. There were delays of up to 30 minutes, according to ÖBB. The trains have been running again since 9 a.m. The delays are dissipating.
