The scrutiny data revealed by the Supreme Court in its ruling indicates that Superlano leads Chávez by just four tenths in the percentage of votes obtained.
The opponent would obtain 37.6 percent of the support, while 37.2 of the voters would have opted for the ‘Chavista’ proposal.
