The outstanding premises, beyond the fact that the sector went through some difficulties, are of Montevideo and Punta del Este and were nominated on the awards list between 51st and 100th, according to the advance made through social networks for the event, which will take place on November 28 in Rio de Janeiro Brazil.

Among the awarded businesses it appears in position 66 Lo De Tere, in Punta del Este, from where they echoed the news and sent “a special thank you to our team, loyal customers and suppliers,” noting that “this recognition would have been unattainable without their participation” and valuing that “their support has been fundamental to our success.” .

In turn, in place No. 71 was apple tree, of Montevideo, Café Misterio, also from the capital, in position 78 and Marismo (Punta del Este), which was in 90th position and was also echoed through the networks. “We want to especially thank our work teams, cooks, waiters, bartenders, waiters, maintenance workers, suppliers and the public who choose us every year. And especially to last year’s team who made a huge effort to make this happen!” they expressed.

A list with twice as many award-winning restaurants

It is worth noting that the country doubled its presence on the list compared to last year and it cannot be ruled out that some other restaurant manages to get into the select list of the first 50, which will be known in less than two weeks.

Meanwhile, at the regional level, Santiago de Chile and Saint Paul are consolidated within the ranking, with 6 restaurants each, while Buenos Aires and Bogota They had four locations per city.
