Along the north side of the Alps and in the north predominate Tuesday mostly the clouds and here it rains or snows at times, a little more often in the traffic jams. In the east and south the sun shines at least occasionally and it stays largely dry here. Only a few drops of rain are possible in the eastern lowlands and the southeast. In the rest of Austria there will initially be a lot of clouds with a few snow and rain showers, especially along the northern side of the Alps and in the north. In the afternoon the clouds clear up and the sun appears more and more often. It stays cloudy for the longest time in Nordstau, and here the showers only slowly subside. The snowfall limit fluctuates between low altitudes in the north and east and 800 meters above sea level in the west. The wind is weak to moderate, brisk to strong at higher altitudes and on the eastern edge of the Alps, from northwest to northeast. The minimum temperatures are minus four to plus four degrees, the daily maximum temperatures are minus one to plus seven degrees.

The wind is weak to moderate in the south and west, moderate to strong elsewhere, and sometimes even stormy in the Danube Valley from the southwest to northwest. In the morning the temperatures are between minus six and plus six degrees, depending on the wind, and in the afternoon between four and eleven degrees.
