At the end of October, the 33-year-old from Sarleinsbach, Rohrbach district, was stopped and checked by a criminal police patrol. The police doctor, who was called in because of suspected impairment, confirmed the suspicion: the Mühlviertler was on drugs. He was declared unfit to drive and his driver’s license was confiscated.
But that wasn’t enough – that’s what got the ball rolling. When the police checked his home, they found his own indoor facility for growing hemp plants, self-made marijuana and paraphernalia for selling and consuming the drugs.
Since 2021, the 33-year-old is said to have produced around 2.5 kilos of marijuana, some of which he is said to have sold on for a profit. He consumed the rest himself, sometimes with friends. The man confessed – he will be reported.
