The Mondseeland Technology Center is being expanded. There is currently space for almost 30 companies on 1,500 square meters of usable space, including many start-ups. The good occupancy rate has now prompted those responsible to create a further 500 square meters of rental space. “We go beyond traditional office space,” says TZ managing director Horst Gaigg. “We also create space for innovations, collaborations and technological progress.”
The TZ Mondseeland was built in 2008 near the motorway junction and makes a contribution to business settlements. It offers infrastructure specifically for young companies – from parking spaces to a kitchen to fast internet. The office sizes can be adjusted variably.
