It is very manageable, the city center between the main square and the southern country road, between Pfarrplatz and the small streets. “Almost everything here can be done in 15 minutes, even on foot,” says Hofmann and, like other people of his generation, is surprised that “cars are driving and parking everywhere in the center.” That’s why he started a petition a few days ago to achieve regular mobility days. On these days, pedestrians and cyclists should have priority – as is the case at the Linz Marathon or the Pavement Spectacle.
