Behind Kraft, who was unbeatable with 104 m and 92.5 m, the German Andreas Wellinger (-5.0 points) and the Carinthian Daniel Tschofenig (-9.4) came in second and third. On Sunday there will be jumping from the large hill (5 p.m.).

Kraft was not bothered by temperatures of -15 degrees or by difficult tailwind conditions, which repeatedly led to delays. The 30-year-old jumped away from the competition with his first set and left no stone unturned in the final, even though there had to be a longer break before the last two jumpers. It was the 33rd World Cup victory for the World Cup leader.

His teammates also knew how to impress in Norway. Tschofenig (97.5/94 m) improved from fifth to third place in the second round, Manuel Fettner came fifth and Jan Hörl seventh. Michael Hayböck took 13th place, Daniel Huber came 22nd in his World Cup comeback after a long injury break.

The Ski Jumping World Cup remains firmly in German-speaking hands, with four Austrians and three Germans in the top 7. The Slovenian Anze Lanisek was “best of the rest” in eighth place.
