Numerous program items await visitors in and in front of the elementary school, and numerous stands also offer handicrafts and more. The local clubs provide food ranging from savory to sweet, and of course mulled wine and mulled cider are also included.
At 10 a.m. the Goldhood Children open the market with their performance. The “Wimsbrook Horns” will play at 2 p.m. and the Perchtenlauf will begin at 3 p.m. The Advent window opening of the Wimsbach Cultural Association at 6 p.m. officially closes the Advent market. “After the great success last year, we are holding the Christmas market again this year as a green event. We are very proud of that,” says Mayor Erwin Stürzlinger.
