PUCHENAU. The water damage that occurred in the Neue Heimat garden city center in Puchenau on the weekend of November 26th has more serious consequences than originally assumed. The Raiffeisen-Landesbank branch affected by the flood would have to remain closed until March of next year, bank branch manager Markus Paukner told customers. The drying phase in the branch will last until the end of the year, after which the entire interior of the building will have to be renovated. During this time, the bank branch will logically remain closed, only the ATMs will be in operation undisturbed.

LINZ. Since the massive onset of winter covered the city of Linz in a blanket of snow, there has been excitement about the “slow” clearing work. The city of Linz has “almost the entire” winter service team on duty, but yesterday reminded residents that it is the residents’ duty to keep sidewalks free of snow and ice.

LINZ. The “Adv_Enter_Tainer” in front of the Old Town Hall in Linz experiences fine sounds. Andie Gabauer (December 7th), Folkshilfe (December 8th) and Drum and Brass (December 9th) play in the afternoon for the “Linz for Linz” campaign.
