The senator and leader of Town meeting (AC), Guido Manini Ríos, questioned the bill that modifies the law of usury and that imposes a limit on interest rates in the credits granted by banks and financial companies, considering that “they are totally lukewarm solutions.”

For the CA representative, who is emerging as a candidate for president of that space, he considered that the rest of the parties began to take up the problem as a result of his initiative. “For a just debt”, that drives a plebiscite to annul the usury law of the first government of the Wide Front (FA).
