BATH ISCHL. The Mondsee volunteer fire department has expanded its fleet with a new Faresin telehandler. The vehicle replaces two older vehicles: a forklift and a tractor. This saves the Mondsee fire department maintenance and operating costs and increases the safety of its team.
Thanks to a comprehensive range of attachments, the telehandler can cover a wide range of application scenarios – from technical operations to disaster relief operations. “This versatility significantly increases our flexibility,” says Commander Walter Hemetsberger.
The investment was made possible by sponsors, the municipality of Mondsee and Mayor Josef Wendtner. The official commissioning of the vehicle took place as part of a festive ceremony. Fire department chaplain Reinhard Bell blessed the telehandler.
