Media representatives enjoyed a special “aperitif” on the Sternstein: At the invitation of Sternsteinliften, Völkl, K2, Erima, Intersport Pötscher and the Sternsteinhof, they got a foretaste of the skiing fun in the upcoming winter season. The latest material from the two ski brands Völkl and, for the first time, K2 were available for testing. This year, the slopes are in excellent condition more early than ever before and, thanks to customer-friendly ticket options – there are still hourly tickets – they also invite you to have some skiing fun every now and then. Of course, families also get their money’s worth; they are offered an attractive, affordable leisure option, especially in view of the upcoming Christmas holidays.

This is, so to speak, “Olympic-ready” – and thus builds a bridge to Erima and Intersport Pötscher: The team sports specialist and the sports retailer were already looking towards 2024 with media representatives, when special textile products will come onto the market for the Olympic Games. Sporty, leisure clothing is also popular among guests at the Sternsteinhof, which is now in new hands: Magdalena Hochreiter and her team are now responsible for ensuring that the beauty farm, which is reserved exclusively for women, is reaching new heights. The Mühlviertler Hochland tourism region has already achieved this: with an attractive range of hotels and a focus on “Hoch.Genuss” culinary delights.
