On the eve of the summer season that comes with few expectations due to the exchange rate difference with Argentina, Atlantic Punta del Estea Proyect of Altius group, will inaugurate Atlántico Shopping. This building is part of a project that also includes the first residential tower that, until February of this year, already had 75% of the units sold, which has brought forward the launch of the second residential tower.

The event will be attended by Lacalle Pou who will inaugurate the project that has 45,000 square meters, of which 20,000 are intended for parking with three basements and 700 garages. In addition, it will have 85 stores, five escalators, of which one is exterior, and three are pedestrian access.

The approximate investment is 150 million dollars and this Saturday the delivery of the first residential tower and the shopping center with more than 100 stores installed will take place.
