The fire in the machine hall of an agricultural property in Niederwaldkirchen broke out around 7:30 p.m. According to police, the cause is still unknown.
The fire quickly spread to three tractors, which were badly damaged. The fire was quickly brought under control by fire departments using heavy breathing apparatus.

“A total of nine fire departments with 21 vehicles and around 160 comrades were on duty,” said the police.
The 59-year-old farmer suffered smoke inhalation and was taken by ambulance to the Rohrbach Clinic for treatment. However, he was released from the hospital shortly afterwards. The amount of total damage is still unknown.
